Our 4 year-old loves the drums and has an innate feel for music. We tried multiple locations before finding Strum. Mr. E and Ashley have worked incredibly hard to accommodate the needs of a 4 year-old trying to learn to play the drums. Mr. E is amazing and has worked incredibly hard to engage and progress a toddler musician. We are so grateful for Mr. E, Ashley and Nick. We couldn’t recommend a better place for children to learn to play instruments!

Strum University, led by owners Nick and Ashley, stands out for its exceptional music education. The dedicated team of instructors brings a wealth of expertise, ensuring lessons that caters to students of all skill levels and all instruments. Noteworthy are the impressive showcases and open mics hosted by Strum providing a platform for students to shine and share their musical talents. Personally, my son has attended for six years, starting with no prior musical experience, and has significantly grown in talent under their guidance. It’s a testament to the school’s instructors and dedicated approach to musical education.

We love being a part of Strum University! My daughter takes voice lessons with Janna and is excited to attend each week. Janna is so kind, skilled, and does a great job of encouraging and challenging her students. Ashley and Nick do a fantastic job of running the school. The school is well-organized, and we love the special bonuses that are offered, such as open mic nights and master classes. We highly recommend Strum University for a diverse range of music instruction - including voice, piano, drum, and guitar.

Nick and the gang at Strum are the best! Our son started guitar lessons at Strum at age ten. He quickly fell in love with guitar, and we credit Strum with making music lessons both interesting and fun. He’s 16 now, still happily taking lessons, and hoping to minor in guitar performance in college. Our younger son has studied both guitar and drums at Strum, and has had a similarly positive experience. We can’t recommend Strum strongly enough!
